SHIPPING HOLIDAYS
Be advised that both the US Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) do not make pickups or deliveries on holidays. This may delay your shipment. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of interruptions of service caused by holidays.
Additionally, we are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered. In rare cases, package may show as ‘delivered’ but could take an additional 24 hours.

SHIPPING POLICY
Internet orders usually ship within 2 business days unless an item is back-ordered. We do our best to notify customers if there will be shipping delays while waiting for new stock to arrive.
We offer a choice of USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS (Ground and 2-Day). Shipping charges are based on weight and package dimensions and are calculated by the carrier’s own algorithms (USPS or UPS). We understand that customers are sensitive to shipping costs and we do our best to keep costs down.
Print-on-demand (POD) items ships separately from another manufacturer. You may see 2 shipping charges in your cart if your order also contains items from the DIG warehouse. You will be billed for POD items when the order is received. There are no expedited shipping options for the POD items – under normal circumstances, all of them are 3-5 days production time and 3-4 days shipping in the continental US, due to COVID-19 expect delays.
SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
We currently offer free shipping on orders over $100 (after all discounts applied and before tax is applied). This and other shipping promotions apply only to the 48 contiguous states (the lower 48) and will only apply to USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. This is indicated in the standing “Free Shipping” promotion.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We will ship internationally, however, if your country charges a VAT tax we unfortunately cannot accept the order. Be advised however, that if you select UPS, you may have to provide us with your account number so that you can be charged appropriate customs fees. We will not pay your UPS customs/duty charges. US Postal Service (USPS) charges may not calculate correctly to some international destinations, particularly for First Class Mail International. If you are undercharged for shipping, we will attempt to contact you for additional payment. Similarly, if it appears that you have been over-charged, we will refund the difference. Tracking information is not always available once a package leaves the USPS system. We will not be responsible for shipments that do not meet their final international destination but have been properly entered into the USPS system from our warehouse facility. Duty and taxes are, in all cases, the responsibility of the customer. We can neither calculate nor pay these fees as part of your order total. Additionally, we are not responsible for international shipments which are held up outside of the USA – for example in customs or at a postal facility. Except for Canadian customers, shipping charges for exchanges must be paid by the customer for both the return and the new product shipment. Canadian customers are responsible only for the return postage.
