With our friends and family members in the military, it’s important for us to support our country and especially our troops. We’re always looking for ways to show our patriotism. Last year we created the “Bark for America” tee that combines the love for dog and country – with proceeds going to USA Cares.
This year, when we heard about Army Veteran Troy Yocum and his Hike for our Heroes, we were inspired by his spirit and excited to learn more about his story and what we could do to assist him.

Motivated by friends and fellow veterans who endured the hardships of military life and now the hardships of transitioning back into civilian life, Troy was determined to make a difference. He put on his backpack, strapped on his drum and started his mission to help the millions of struggling military families in America. With a goal of $5 million, Troy has a long journey ahead of him – 16 months to be exact – but we are dedicated to help Troy and Emmie the whole way. Traveling across 30 states, Troy and Emmie take their first step on April 17 in Louisville, Kentucky.

We’ve created our “Never Walk Alone” tee shirt that not only depicts these two travelers on their journey, but also symbolizes the reality that our troops and their loved ones never have to walk alone.
