There is nothing more important to us than the health and safety of everyone in the Dog is Good Community — our customers, our team, and our partners. Due to the ever-changing situation surrounding COVID-19, we are experiencing delays in fulfillment, processing and delivery on some styles and products. Most items are shipping within 1- 2 days, however, products identified in the product info page that they are printed on demand are all experiencing delays and could take 10-15 days to ship from the manufacturer. This includes all neck gaiters and other products identified below.
We know this isn’t what you’re used to, so thank you so much for your patience and for understanding our need to put our workers and your safety first. We’re extremely grateful for all of the support from our community as well as the continued demand for our brand and products.
So what does this mean for you? We have answered some of your common questions below:
Is it safe to shop from your site?
Yes! We are operating in line with advice from the World Health Organization as well as local and state authorities. We constantly make sure that all appropriate health and hygiene standards are adhered to with all of our vendors and team.
This is our top priority and we will be closely monitoring this situation for any updates to maintain appropriate policies at any given time.
What about the delivery of my purchase?
We are still open and taking orders, most items are shipping in one to two days, but some print on demand styles and products are taking an average of 10-15 business days to be processed and shipped due to social distancing protocols and courier related delays.
Which products are experiencing delays?
The following styles and products are taking an average of 10-15 business days to be processed and shipped due to social distancing protocols and courier related delays:

- Flip Flops
- Premium Beach Tote Bags
- Premium Pillows
The following styles are experiencing no delay in processing/shipping time and will ship separately from delayed items so you receive them sooner:

What about your shipping partners?
Our operations team is constantly monitoring the situation with our shipping partners and will continue to work very closely with them and make sure that all appropriate health and hygiene standards are adhered to for your delivery. We always recommend following CDC guidelines for handling our packages.
Update regarding shipping partner, FedEx: As of April 23, 2020, FedEx is unable to guarantee overnight or 2-day delivery services due to an increase in safety precautions for their drivers and support staff. While we are still offering those services, please note that your package(s) could be slightly delayed for delivery.
Update regarding print-on-demand (POD) items: These products ship separately from another manufacturer. You may see 2 shipping charges in your cart if your order also contains items from the DIG warehouse. You will be billed for POD items when the order is received. There are no expedited shipping options for the POD items – under normal circumstances, all of them are 3-5 days production time and 3-4 days shipping in the continental US, due to COVID-19 expect delays of approximately 10 days.
