How to Exchange
Our customer service goal is simple: we are committed to providing our customers total satisfaction – every time. Guaranteed. If you are not fully satisfied with your merchandise when you receive it, you may return it or exchange your item(s) for a similar (i.e. same cost) item within 30 days of purchase. Clearance and Sales Item – The purchase of all sale or clearance items is final. We will not accept returns or exchanges.
Neck Gaiters and Masks– The purchase of all neck gaiters and masks is final due to the nature of the product, thank you for your understanding.
Returns and exchanges must be in resell-able condition. That is, tags must be in place and apparel items must be free of dog hair or any other dust or dirt, and must not smell of cigarette smoke or other household odors. Additionally, we reserve the right to deny refund or exchange requests that are deemed abusive or excessive.
Print on demand items are not eligible for refunds, only store credit will be provided for print on demand items.
