Returns Policy:

Of course we hope that you never have the need to return something, but if for some reason you do, we will make the process easy on you!  Please include a note with all returns and send to:

Please note that returned items must be in unused, new condition with original packaging and must be received within 30 days of purchase. We recommend insuring your shipment as we can not be responsible for lost packages.

Shipping Policy:

All product is shipped through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Rates are based on the weight and the size of the shipping container (typically a large envelope).  No one likes high shipping costs, so we have made every effort to keep your costs as low as possible. 

Packages under 1 lb. can be shipped either First Class Mail or Priority Mail. You will be presented a choice in your shopping cart with an estimate based on weight and container size.  For packages over 1 lb., USPS offers no savings for electing to use First Class mail and the option is removed.

Priority Mail rates are dependent on weight and package dimensions, as well as the shipping distance.

Currently we do not offer Express Mail.  If you need an Express Shipment, call us prior to placing an order.  We will have to take your order over the phone and calculate the shipping cost.  An additional handling fee will be required in addition to the cost of Express Mail.
