Contact us at info@dogisgood.com or call (562) 206-7143 anytime. If you are not fully satisfied with your merchandise when you receive it, we will exchange your item(s) for a similar, (i.e., same cost) item. Please contact us by telephone (562.206.7143) or e-mail customerservice@dogisgood.com within 10 days to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This applies only to purchases from the Dog is Good webstore and does not apply to items purchased at any retail location.
You will be responsible for the return shipping but Dog is Good will pay for shipping the exchange back to you. We will not ship the new merchandise until we receive the items(s) you are exchanging. Your return must be in original condition (not washed, worn, dirty, or damaged), and we must receive it within 30 days of your original order. We will not accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period. If we mistakenly shipped you the wrong item or the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us and the cost of shipping you a replacement.
